We needed our master bedroom carpet re-installed after a remodel project. Ken (Floor Maven owner) was the only carpet installer that actually replied as available on Yelp with an estimated price and description of the work. No one else was available or said they would only do the work if they sold us the carpet..... I looked at his company website and was impressed with his many years of experience. He was available the day we needed it done. His work was excellent and he paid a lot of attention to detail. He was on time, did the work in the hours he estimated and cleaned up everything when he was done. He also looked at a crack that has developed in our wood floor and suggested we look into checking the warranty from the original supplier. We highly recommend Ken to anyone who needs flooring work done.

Ken is an absolute perfectionist and a skilled Craftsman.
He did a multiple repair project for us that included tile replacement, major leveling, wood and carpet installation. His work was flawless. He took care of everything including new transition work. His respect for our home was evident by his minimization of dust and continuous clean up.

Wow, I could not be more impressed with this gentleman.
He was very prompt, and most appreciated, he called when he was on his way. I have dealt with may contractors over the years, so when someone shows up with all the tools need to complete the task, charges a fair price and leaves my home improvement, IMPROVED, I could not be more delighted. We had a laminate floor plank hat was damaged and needed repair or replacement. I found Floor Maven on the internet and asked for a quote. Ken (owner), promptly responded. He provided me with pricing information regarding the possible repair (best case scenario) and replacement (worst case scenario). Ken arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment. After inspecting the damage he went right to work replacing the plank (luckly I had some spares). The results were absolutely perfect! Ken was prompt, professional, careful and personable. He took great and pride in his work and it showed. We couldn't be happier.

Ken was awesome!........Didn't order rubber flooring for my gym room until about 4 weeks after we spoke, because I was price shopping, but he helped me the entire way, even going on sites and placing "dummy orders" himself, to see what the best deal would be for me.........When we finally got a good deal, the installation was a clean, precise, professional job, where he even worked with the existing trim/floor boards to make sure all the edges were clean fits........My gym room now looks great!

I had entered into a contract for laminate to replace carpet in an upstairs bedroom. When the company's installers removed the carpet, they found that the the plywood subfloor had some dips that were too much for them to level so I needed a third party. Ken responded to the quote request, was on time for the appt, explained his process to my husband and provided us a very professional written quote. After receiving two additional quotes, my husband and I both agreed to hire Ken. Best joint decision we've made. He performed the work just as his quote stated, to the dollar. That really impressed me. I will be removing carpet from two more bedrooms later this year and I will most definitely hire Ken to do the complete job.

Ken at Floormaven saved the day after a disastrous install of my hard wood flooring. The previous installer did a horrible job and left me with a mess and then disappeared. Ken was quick to provide me with a quote and scheduled the work to be done. Kenneth was courtesy and professional. He treats our home with respect and care like his own. Glue down concrete can be tough to do however he did excellent job with solid wood and made pieces fit tightly. I will highly recommend him do the floor since he made sure the floor is properly prepare before install the hardwood. I want to note that myself I do wood work for hobby. Two thumbs up for Kenneth!!!
